At the heart of SD Worx is belief - belief that people grow when they feel trusted, valued, and seen. We Believe in Each Other is about creating space for that growth to happen.

"I have been a part of the SD Worx family for 13 years now. I was recruited to work as an HR consultant back then, but after 10 months I was asked to work on a totally new product and be the first consultant for that. Later on, the manager who interviewed back then, admitted he already recruited me to work on that new product before I even signed my contract, only because I was so curious and eager during the interview to know more about this new product they were developing.
