1. How do teamwork and endurance shape your company culture?

At our company, we strongly believe in the power of teamwork — both in and outside of the workplace. One of the most inspiring examples is our CEO’s involvement with Team Rynkeby, a Nordic charity cycling team that rides from Oslo to Paris to raise funds for childhood cancer research. This year marks her third time participating in the ride, and it’s a powerful example of leadership by action. Our company is also a proud sponsor of Team Rynkeby, and we support the initiative internally through fundraising campaigns among employees. These efforts not only raise vital funds for a good cause but also foster a strong sense of community and shared purpose. Additionally, we’ve had our own cycling challenges to build team spirit and promote physical wellbeing. One standout moment was five years ago, when nearly 30 employees cycled together from Oslo to Bergen. It was a demanding but rewarding team-building experience that emphasized trust, perseverance, and mutual support — much like successful teamwork in cycling.
