For nearly 50 years, our family business has been built around strong human values, with team spirit and endurance at its very core. With over 1,500 employees around the world, we understand that the success of each cruise depends on the smooth coordination between onshore and onboard teams, across all the rivers we sail. Team spirit is what enables us to meet daily challenges together, deliver excellent service to our passengers, and showcase our expertise wherever we operate. Endurance, on the other hand, underpins our resilience. Sailing in all conditions, adapting to the unexpected, and maintaining impeccable quality season after season all require perseverance and dedication.
