Interview Questions

1. Success in cycling requires a strong team effort. Can you share a similar example from your organisation?

Care is like cycling: you never win alone. In our team, we’ve got climbers, time trialists, domestiques—each with their own strengths. And we need them all. Some days are smooth riding, but more often it’s headwinds and cobblestones. That’s when you’re grateful someone’s riding alongside you. Someone who shields you from the wind or talks you over the finish line when your head starts to drop.

We believe in teamwork. Sure, you might break away faster on your own—but together, you get much further. That’s true in the peloton, and even more so in healthcare. We pull each other through the tough bits. Giving up? That’s not in our vocabulary. Call it a touch of ‘Flandrien’ grit—with a heart for people.

2. What does partnering with SD Worx mean to you?

Peace of mind. SD Worx takes the weight of our HR administration off our shoulders, delivers clear data and insights, and keeps us sharp when it comes to legal compliance. That frees us up to focus on what really matters: delivering great care.

3. What mindset do you believe is key to crossing the finish line — in sports or business?

“We don’t do giving up.”
